Noodly garden surprise in lettuce leaves

Jen came up with a reusable recipe framework for making use of whatever is available in the garden. It uses herbs and sweet potato starch noodles. In this version, she's decided to serve her savory noodle mixture in buttercrunch lettuce leaves.

Ingredients
- Sweet Potato Starch Noodles
- Whatever is available from the garden, such as...
- shredded carrots
- snap peas
- basil
- mint
- cilantro
- protein (tofu, chicken)
- spices and seasonings as desired
Instructions
- Cook the noodles. Saute herbs and other vegetables in seasonings and sauces. Put it all together. Serve on lettuce leaves.
