Kale Chips

About the easiest thing you can make. Works very well with the Tuscan Kale (aka Dinosaur Kale aka Lucinato).

Ingredients
- Kale
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Dry the leaves off after you wash them. Remove the stems if you like (we don't do that with the Tuscan kale). Lay the leaves on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil (don't drench) and sprinkle with salt (to taste). Put it in the oven for 20 minutes (until the leaves crisp up and edges start to brown, but not burnt of course).
